Shire of Cranbrook – Ground Lease Proposal (10/03/2025-26/03/2025)
The Shire of Cranbrook, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to ground lease part of Lot 140 (No 19) King Street, Cranbrook to Co-operative Bulk Handling (CBH) for a period of eight (8) years with an option of a further two (2) years at the rate of $5,000 plus GST per annum with a 5% increase each year. CBH’s proposed ground lease premises area is 4,215m2 representing 30% of Lot 140 only which includes the current CBH owned workers accommodation units, kitchen, lounge area and carpark.
Submissions must be lodged in writing by 4.00 pm AWST Wednesday, 26 March 2025 and be clearly referenced as Ground Lease Proposal.
