Child Health Clinic
Provides information for parents about child development and behaviour. Developmental checks are recommended at 6-8 weeks, 3-4 months, 8 months, 18 months and 3 years. Held on the 3rd Wednesday every month at The Hub. To make an appointment please call 9851 1451.
Community Registered Nurse
The Community Registered Nurse visits Cranbrook every Tuesday and Frankland River every Thursday. Free Clinics are held in the Cranbrook Regional Community Hub (The Hub) and the Frankland River Community Centres between 1.00pm and 2.00pm. No Appointments needed. Please call HACC on 9851 2015 for more information.
A visiting doctor from Plantagenet Medical Centre will be at The Hub every Wednesday morning at 11am commencing 31 January 2018. Doctors attending the clinic will be Dr Victor Seah, with the introduvtion of alternate weeks visits by Dr Savitha Yelal. In 2018 a chronic disease clinic will be intorduced at The Hub with the assistance of one of the medical centre nurses. Please contact Plantagenet Medical Centre for all appointments on 9892 1000.

Hall & Prior (Clarence Estate) - Seniors Services

A visiting physiotherapist operates in the Frankland River Community Centre on Monday afternoons from 1.30pm and on Thursday mornings from 9.00am. Specialising in back pain, neck pain, sports injuries and general aches & pains.

Silver Chain - Seniors Services
Provide tailored and personalised services to meet clients' individual needs. Specialised Care Coordinators will spend time with you to understand your needs and provide advice to help you make informed decisions.
